Day 69

Flooring Is in Process........

We are really excited and counting days for Closing our Dream Home..It's really amazing feeling to see house from Ground Breaking to 2 Story home. Today we went to see the changes and First floor flooring is almost done , but did not get chance to take pictures. Oak Cherry Flooring really looks good with Tahoe Cherry Cabinets and on top of that,,first floor is full of sunlight....that's bonus.:)

Day 67

Lights are On !!!

How nice to see electricity!  It was the first night since groundbreaking two months ago that we did not have to bring flashlights to see what was going on.  So much has happened over the last few days.  Hallway , Vanity & Foyer bulbs has been installed !!! On top of that, we got free Recessed lights in Basement (Make me Happy :)) , Kitchen has almost 6 recessed lights and 4 in great room

Everything looks so shiny..We got nicely white painted doors installed with Switch Outlets & Guardian Security System.

We have Cabinets !!!

Things are coming along nicely at house. In the past two days, the trim, cabinets,

bathroom vanities and Railings have been installed. Overall, we are SUPER excited 

about the progress and Can't wait to see more !!!

We stopped by today evening and The walls got their first coat of paint and we may even get the cabinets , trims & counter tops installed before the week is over !

Day 57

Front Siding  & Shutters are done !!!!

The framers & dry walls made quick work of fixing "the wave."  I don't know what they did, but it looks great!  Hopefully we still have all of our rafters :)

In other good news, the siding and shutters are finished. Windows and the exterior will basically be complete. We got our letter from NVR today with the list of items that need to be updated.  It says our settlement has been tentatively scheduled for October...here's hoping that is the case!

Day 54

Dry walls Down & Siding in Process

That's right...drywall down. The rest of the house is coming right along.  We were pleasantly surprised to see that they have already started putting siding on!  I'm really glad we switched back to Island Pearl.  Almond was our original selection, but I was worried it would be too dark so we put in a change request for Island Pearl. I LOVE it..:)

Drywall fixed & More !!!!

The framers & dry wallers made quick work of fixing "the wave."  I don't know what they did, but it looks great!  Hopefully we still have all of our rafters :)

Day 49

Pre-Drywall Meeting on Day 46....

We had pre-drywall meeting on Friday Evening with our PM and we were really looking forward to grab some knowledge about how dry walls works. Whole house looks pretty Clean and sunny on that day.

Our imagination for house is taking Shape now......Amazing Feeling :)

Shower Tub & Jacuzzi Installed 

We have guardian appointment in the afternoon today and he is so friendly and funny.
He marked our TV Cable and data panel box in all the room and we are taking all wiring behind walls. so that is something interesting to see once dry walls will be installed.
